Our next Choral Evensong service will be this coming Sunday, 1 July 2012, at the winter time of 5PM.

The music centres around 17th-century English composers Adrian Batten, Richard Ayleward and Henry Purcell, including Purcell's Magnfiicat and Nunc dimittis in G (A) minor, and his anthem, Rejoice in the Lord alway.

The choir will be joined for the service by our regular visiting organist, Kevin Kraak.

The blanket drive for Tumelong Mission will end this coming Sunday, 10 June 2012. A representative from Tumelong will join as at the 9:15 Choral Eucharist service to receive the donations.

If you have not yet been able to donate a blanket or any other warm things for Tumelong, please feel free to bring some along on Sunday.

This coming Sunday, the Christ Church choir will visit St. George's Parish Church in Parktown for a combined Evensong service. The service will start a 6PM. St George's Church is located at 7 Sherbourne Road, Parktown, in Johannesburg.

Please note that there will be no Choral Evensong service at Christ Church this Sunday. Parishioners are encouraged to join the choir at St. George's.

This coming Sunday, 3 June 2012, The Venerable Sehloho Elias Lekoro, Archdeacon of Tshwane-Bokone, will visit Christ Church to celebrate mass at the 9:15 Choral Eucharist service.

This special service will include the blessing of the new Stations of the Cross, and also the  official licensing of parish councilors for 2012.
